Cardamel’s

software implementation and process improvement projects.
To qualify for this position, you must have a good understanding
of business and accounting processes and a degree in business
(accounting/finance or management), information technology
or organizational development. You must have excellent interpersonal
skills and be able to foster and build mutually beneficial
relationships with client project leaders and teams. Frequent
travel will be required. Homebuilding industry experience
is a major plus but not required.

Junior Implementation Consultant
Cardamel Consulting, Inc. is
a Microsoft Business Solutions partner with offices in
Denver and Phoenix. We specialize in operational and
financial management solutions for the homebuilding industry,
including:
Cardamel is looking for an entry-level consultant to help
our clients implement Microsoft Dynamics SL (formerly
Microsoft Business Solutions-Solomon) project accounting
and financial management software.
Cardamel’s Consultants help our clients understand,
develop and document their business processes and requirements
and determine how best to address their unique needs and
objectives through software implementation and process improvement
projects.
To qualify for this position, you must have a good understanding
of business and accounting processes and a degree in accounting.
In addition to your accounting degree, you MUST have work
experience including:
- Preparation of financial statements
- Corporate reporting
- General ledger responsibility
- Payroll
- Job costing
- Construction industry experience is a major plus
- Operation of accounting software other than QuickBooks
and Peachtree is beneficial
- Public accounting experience is another major plus
You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able
to foster and build mutually beneficial relationships
with client project leaders and teams. Frequent travel
is required.
