Wilson - Implementation
Specialist
Debi Wilson has 10 years of experience
in accounting software consulting and over
15 years experience in accounting and financial
management.
Debi has implemented numerous Microsoft
Dynamics GP and SL (Solomon) systems with an emphasis
in project accounting (job cost). Working on several large
scale implementations, Debi has performed multiple duties
including process analysis and reengineering, custom development
collaboration, project management, data migration, custom
report writing, training, and technical support. Her technical
knowledge includes proficiency in both SQL Server Database
Tools and Crystal Reports.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Debi was
the accounting manager for an engineering firm in Lakewood,
Colorado, where she was responsible for job-cost accounting.
She has also spent two years working as the Finance Manager
for a non-profit organization in the Denver metro area where
she finalized the implementation of their Microsoft Dynamics
SL accounting system, and assisted in designing and implementing
a web-based time tracking system.
Dana Gadbaw -
Implementation Specialist
Dana Gadbaw has five years experience
in accounting and financial management. As
the Controller for a manufacturing company
that produces chemical defense systems, body
armor and outdoor survival gear for the military
and outdoor enthusiasts, Dana managed all aspects
of a Microsoft Dynamics™ implementation,
including the initiation, definition, data
conversion and training phases of the project. Additionally,

Kim Neal -
Implementation Specialist
Kim Neal has seven years experience implementing and supporting
Microsoft Dynamics SL preceded by seven years experience
in accounting and financial analysis. She was a consultant
for two software resellers in North Carolina prior to becoming
the lead business analyst for a security solutions provider
headquartered in Colorado. As lead business analyst, she
worked to implement and support Microsoft Dynamics SL as
the company acquired field offices across the US.
Kim’s experience includes: working well with users
at all levels in an organization, troubleshooting system
problems, testing system configuration and customization,
developing custom reports and ad-hoc SQL queries, and migrating
data. Kim obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
from The College of Charleston.
Craig Dill -
Implementation Specialist
Craig Dill graduated from The Ohio State University with
a degree in Finance and began his career with General Electric
Credit Corporation and Bank of America in their asset-based
lending departments assisting in the underwriting of secured
loans to private businesses.
After serving as the chief financial officer for two privately
owned distributors of lumber products, Craig formed a computer
services company in Texas and provided integrated IT and
financial management solutions to businesses. He then became
the chief financial officer of ProLaw Software, a provider
of proprietary software to the legal profession, and guided
them through rapid growth and numerous Y2K issues.
Craig has assisted clients in the remediation of accounting
deficiencies and more effective usage of their computer systems.
He has vast experience in crisis management situations including
negotiating with creditors and the IRS.
Craig implements and supports Microsoft Dynamics SL solutions,
specializing in optimizing its Supply Chain Management capabilities
including inventory, purchasing and order management.
Jonathan Gardner-
Implementation Specialist
Jonathan Gardner has more than seven years of experience
implementing accounting systems for small and medium-sized
businesses. He started Bella Vista Solutions, LLC. in 2004
to provide customer service and support for Microsoft Business
Solutions.
Jonathan was a Senior Consultant for two software resellers
in Arizona and Ohio. Before working as a consultant, he was
responsible for project costing for an Engineering department
of a Fortune 100 automotive parts company. He also worked
on a Lean Manufacturing team tasked with identifying and
eliminating waste in production processes.
Jonathan has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Masters
of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
Additionally, he serves as Secretary of the Valley of the
Sun chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants, a
professional organization that promotes managerial accounting
education and certification.
Bryan Hinkle-
Implementation Specialist
Bryan Hinkle has more than two years of experience implementing
accounting systems for small and medium-sized businesses.
He joined Bella Vista Solutions, LLC. in 2004 to provide
customer service and support for Microsoft Business Solutions.
Bryan was a Business Consultant for a local software reseller
prior to joining Bella Vista Solutions. Before working as
a consultant, he supervised the final test/inspection departments
for one of the nations top pacemaker/defibrillator manufacturers.
He also formed and implemented the first Six Sigma project
for his territory.
Bryan has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems
from Arizona State University. Additionally, he serves on
the board of the Valley of the Sun chapter of the Institute
of Management Accountants, a professional organization that
promotes managerial accounting education and certification.
Lori Nicks-
Implementation Specialist
Lori Nicks has more
than twelve years of experience in accounting and
IT, including public accounting, project management,
and network administration, process analysis and
consulting. She founded Accounting Technology Systems,
Inc. in 2001 to provide customer service and support
for Microsoft Business Solutions.
Lori was a Senior Consultant for two leading
accounting software resellers and helped clients
evaluate and implement Microsoft Business Solutions–Solomon
for five years prior forming her own practice.
Previously, as the Controller for a construction
contractor, she was responsible for the accounting
and job costing for multi-million dollar construction
contracts. As an accounting manager for one of
the largest after market auto parts distributors
in Arizona, she was responsible for a team of
accounting professionals supporting the sales
team and warehouse staff. She also managed the
implementation and integration of a new accounting,
inventory management and distribution system.
Ms. Nicks has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
from the University of Arizona and worked in
public accounting for two years. Additionally,
she has four years of experience in SQL Server
and Database Administration.
